Job summary

RAD Resources is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain our ERP and business systems across all branches in Gauteng. You will work closely with the Systems Manager to ensure system reliability, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement of our ERP environment.

The role focuses on identifying issues, coordinating resolutions with the ERP provider, and testing enhancements with external developers as needed.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in systems support or administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience in reporting.
• Exposure to Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain ERP and business systems across branches.
• Collaborate with Systems Manager on system support and reporting.
• Identify issues, assist with troubleshooting and coordinate resolutions.
• Assess whether issues can be handled internally or escalated to ERP provider.
• Contribute to ERP enhancements by testing changes and liaising with external developers.
