Job summary

RAD Resources is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain our ERP and business systems across all branches in Gauteng. You will work closely with the Systems Manager to ensure system reliability, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement of our ERP environment.

The role focuses on identifying issues, coordinating resolutions with the ERP provider, and testing enhancements with external developers as needed.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in systems support or administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience in reporting.
• Exposure to Power BI is advantageous.

While an outsourced IT service provider manages core infrastructure, this role requires sufficient technical understanding to identify issues, assist with troubleshooting, and coordinate resolutions.

The role requires the ability to assess whether issues and enhancements can be handled internally or should be escalated to the ERP service provider, ensuring efficient and effective system management.

A key focus area is the ongoing enhancement of the ERP system, including identifying improvements, testing changes, and working with external developers where required.
