Job summary

Watchmaker Genomics is seeking an IT Enterprise Solutions Engineer - ERP to own the Epicor Kinetic ERP platform and its integration estate in our Cape Town office. The role requires 7+ years of IT/Systems experience and a strong ability to align technology with business needs.

You will manage architecture, data integrations, security, and reporting across ERP and MES systems, collaborating with IT and business units to deliver phased rollouts and ongoing optimizations.

Qualifications

ERP Epicor Kinetic implementation, administration, and support experience.
Degree or diploma in Information Technology/Systems.
7+ years in a similar role with strong business process understanding.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document enterprise system requirements based on functional needs.
Design integration workflows, data mapping and transformation processes.
Own the ERP platform lifecycle, environment management, and release planning.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful rollouts and issue resolution.
Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance across ERP integrations and reporting.
