Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Epicor ERP
• Strong functional knowledge of at least two Epicor modules
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or finance environments
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Epicor ERP implementations: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Analyse client business processes and recommend Epicor solutions.
• Configure Epicor modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and client stakeholders.
• Document functional specifications and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and super-users.
