Job summary

Core Group ZA is seeking an experienced ERP Systems & Integrations Lead to own the enterprise application landscape across multiple African markets. You will ensure ERP stability, security, performance, and scalability while supporting retail, eCommerce, logistics, and finance operations.

As technical custodian of ERP platforms and integrations, you will provide Tier 2/3 support, drive continuous improvement, and partner with Finance, Retail Operations, eCommerce, and Technology teams to deliver

Qualifications

3–5 years' experience administering ERP platforms, preferably Syspro.
Strong SQL knowledge including querying, indexing, backups, and performance troubleshooting.
Experience with Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
Exposure to integration platforms and middleware such as Flowgear.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain ERP and retail systems including Syspro 7/8 and Syspro POS.
Ensure platform availability, performance, backup integrity, and disaster recovery readiness.
Lead investigations and resolution of ERP and integration incidents across multiple markets.
Own and support integrations across platforms including Translution, Scale WMS, Magento, Shopify, and Flowgear.
