Qualifications

• Driver's licence advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare menus for functions and events.
• Produce high-quality food presentation and ensure consistency.
• Manage all food preparation and production for events.
• Monitor food quality, portions, and presentation.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health and safety compliance.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, receiving and storage.
• Minimise wastage and manage food costs.
