Sibanye Stillwater is seeking an Env Engineering Supervisor to lead ventilation and occupational hygiene programs within the mining environment. You will manage a team, ensure SHE compliance, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with stakeholders and service providers.

The role requires strong reporting, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of MHSA requirements to maintain safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering ventilation and occupational hygiene programs within mining.
• Knowledge of Mine Health and Safety Act requirements and reporting.
• Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead ventilation and occupational hygiene initiatives and projects.
• Inspire and manage a high-performance team.
• Ensure SHE compliance and risk controls across the unit.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders and management.
