Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with WMS is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 20 kg and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying contents against orders and invoices.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records using a WMS.
• Assist with picking, packing, and labeling orders for distribution.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track deliveries.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe; operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Respond to inquiries about stock availability and order status.
• Assist with preparation of shipping documents and paperwork.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
