Qualifications

- Diploma/degree in IT or CS is advantageous.
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate in telecoms environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.
- Support end-users with network-related queries and technical problems.
- Help maintain network documentation, including diagrams and user guides.
- Perform routine network system checks and updates as directed by senior staff.
- Assist with network security tasks, such as user account management and basic firewall configuration.
