Responsibilities

• Route adherence management.
• Daily liaison to stores.
• Daily handling of delivery queries.
• Daily providing assistance to drivers.
• Daily vehicle event acknowledgement and reporting.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly vehicle abuse management.
• Liaise with the planning team to identify and improve planning.
