Job summary

Raizcorp seeks commercially astute professionals with management-consulting experience to join us as entrepreneurial coaches. You will work directly with a portfolio of entrepreneurs, helping solve strategic, financial, sales and people challenges while building their ability to implement improvements.

You will train in our coaching methodology and maintain a full-time presence from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays, collaborating with programme teams to support each entrepreneur's development

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience in management or strategy consulting, commercial advisory or closely related environment.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability.
• Excellent commercial acumen and understanding of how strategy, finance, sales, marketing, operations and people interact.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret business performance.
• Exposure to different industries and business models.
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Confidence to challenge entrepreneurs while remaining constructive and respectful.
• High emotional intelligence and genuine curiosity about people and entrepreneurship.
• Organised, disciplined and proactive working style.
• Proficiency with technology and business systems, including Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Hold structured one-on-one sessions with a portfolio of entrepreneurs on commercial and developmental challenges.
• Analyse businesses across strategy, finance, sales, marketing, operations and people to identify constraints and opportunities.
• Help entrepreneurs interpret financial and operational information and translate into better decisions.
• Apply structured problem-solving to ambiguous entrepreneurial challenges.
• Challenge assumptions, test logic and evaluate trade-offs behind decisions.
• Strengthen entrepreneurs' strategies, commercial models, sales approaches, and people practices.
• Guide implementation of solutions and develop entrepreneurs' decision-making capability.
• Facilitate business simulations, workshops and group learning using Raizcorp's methodology.
• Collaborate with guides, specialists and programme teams to support development journeys.
