Job summary

Raizcorp is looking for a seasoned, well‑rounded business professional to join us as a business coach, coaching a portfolio of entrepreneurs across finance, strategy, sales, marketing, operations, people and personal development. This is a full-time, salaried role.

You will learn Raizcorp’s internationally recognised coaching methodology and collaborate with coaches and specialists to help entrepreneurs make better decisions and achieve measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive business and financial experience across corporate and entrepreneurial environments.
• Owns or has owned a business; this is non-negotiable.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to interpret performance beyond numbers.
• Experience across finance, strategy, sales, marketing, operations and people development.
• MBA or master’s level qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold structured monthly coaching sessions with entrepreneurs.
• Help owners interpret financial data to improve commercial decisions.
• Guide across strategy, sales, marketing, operations and people practices.
• Facilitate simulations and group learning using Raizcorp programmes.
• Manage a defined portfolio and track revenue, profitability and founder development.
• Encourage critical thinking, evaluate trade-offs and accountability.
• Collaborate with other coaches and specialists to support development.
