The candidate should have 2+ years in audit/risk, solid ERM knowledge (ISO 31000, COSO), ERP proficiency, and strong leadership in risk governance and assurance. Local market exposure preferred.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years’ post-qualifying experience in audit/risk.
• Proven ERM, Risk Assurance or Internal Audit experience with governance focus.
• Excellent computer literacy, ERP and Excel.
• Retail/FMCG experience preferred.
• Knowledge of risk frameworks ISO 31000/COSO.

Aufgaben

• Maintain divisional risk register; update risk scores and tracking.
• Coordinate combined assurance and remediation plans.
• Develop risk dashboards and monthly executive reporting.
• Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery processes.
• Lead regional risk team monthly output and reporting.
