Job summary

DeARX is seeking an Employee Wellbeing Specialist for a 6-month contract in South Africa to shape enterprise wellbeing through data-driven, people-centric solutions. You will combine strategy, analytics and delivery to create healthier, more engaged and high-performing workplaces.

You'll design and implement wellbeing programmes, partner with HR and leaders, manage projects end-to-end in an agile environment, and drive governance, risk management and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience across employee wellbeing, organisational development or related HR services.
• Experience designing and implementing employee wellbeing programmes or solutions.
• Strong exposure to wellbeing data, analytics, reporting and insights.
• Experience managing projects and delivering initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional and agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape wellbeing strategy by providing specialist advice across enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Turn data into impact using wellbeing analytics, benchmarking and research.
• Lead wellbeing projects from concept and design through to delivery.
• Partner with HR and leaders to develop workforce-led wellbeing programmes and digital solutions.
• Develop and maintain practical wellbeing frameworks, guidelines and resources.
• Drive awareness and capability-building through coaching, training and knowledge sharing.
• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted wellbeing advisor.
