Job summary

Remoteva Ph is hiring an Enrollment Specialist to join our US-focused remote team. The role is 100% remote with US business hours, supporting families from the Dominican Republic or South Africa.

As the first contact for prospective families, you will answer inquiries by phone, email, and web, guide families through enrollment, and maintain CRM records.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer service, English fluency, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Warm, professional, and persuasive communication style.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

We are a growing network of early childhood education schools across the United States and are seeking a highly motivated Enrollment Specialist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for prospective families, you will answer inquiries via phone, email, and web, follow up with leads, schedule campus tours, and guide families through the enrollment process. You will work closely with school leadership teams and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

This role involves spending most of your day speaking with American families, so excellent spoken and written English is required.
