As the first point of contact for prospective families, you will answer inquiries via phone, email, and web, guide families through enrollment, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

This remote role involves speaking with American families, so excellent spoken and written English is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Warm, professional, and persuasive communication style.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage a high volume of leads and follow-ups.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
