Advtech in South Africa seeks a dynamic CX/Sales professional to meet weekly, monthly, and yearly targets. You will identify markets, canvass schools, guide enrolments, and maintain client records while enhancing customer touchpoints.

The role focuses on retention, client engagement, and driving brand campaigns, with collaboration across management and campus teams to grow the organisation.

Competenze

• Grade 12 with proven sales record.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) an advantage.
• Computer literacy (MS Office) is essential.

Mansioni

• Lead generation and canvassing to identify new enrolments.
• Guide parents through enrolment processes and payments.
• Monitor retention stats and maintain data accuracy.
• Manage SIMS and weekly trackers in SharePoint.
• Coordinate events, campus visits and campaigns to boost retention.
• Engage with customers and provide outstanding service.
• Support branding, messaging and social media efforts.
