Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention
• Clarify customer needs and set clear objectives for each call using standard materials
• Present products/services that meet customer needs and influence retention decisions
• Manage customers through standard activities and document interactions in the system
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory codes and obtain supervisor approval for any exceptions
• Support performance management by prioritising workload and meeting KPIs
• Develop capabilities through training, coaching and external accreditation when relevant
