Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant with an engineering focus.
• Solid understanding of engineering disciplines and industry requirements.
• Experience sourcing technical candidates through specialized channels and networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract engineering talent (mechanical, civil, electrical, chemical).
• Conduct detailed technical interviews and assessments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with engineering firms and hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from brief to offer and onboarding support.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks and tech developments.
• Engage with professional networks to build a strong candidate pipeline.
