Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant, with a strong focus on engineering placements.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract niche technical talent through various channels.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with an understanding of engineering concepts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Knowledge of the Western Cape engineering market is a significant advantage for this role.

Responsibilities
