Placements24 in Benoni is seeking a knowledgeable Construction Recruitment Consultant to service the Gauteng market, sourcing skilled tradespeople, engineers, project managers, and site personnel for construction companies, developers and contractors.

You will manage recruitment processes, screen candidates, build client relationships, stay updated on industry trends and facilitate offers and onboarding to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction roles, trades and lifecycle.
• Excellent ability to source and attract candidates for technical and site-based positions.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
