Vine Recruitment is looking for an experienced Engineering Spares / Parts Coordinator to manage the parts store and coordinate sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of engineering spares for customers in Wellington.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong administrative and coordination capabilities, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers and suppliers. Fluency in Afrikaans and English is essential to support our Afrikaans-speaking customer base.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in a similar parts, spares, stores or engineering coordination role.
• Experience in parts management, purchasing and order coordination.
• Exposure to local and international suppliers and shipping arrangements is advantageous.
• Computer literate with good administrative and organisational skills.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (Afrikaans essential due to Afrikaans-speaking customer base).
• Professional, presentable and customer-focused.

Our client in Wellington is seeking an experienced and well-organised to manage the parts store and coordinate the sourcing, purchasing and delivery of engineering spares and components to customers.
