Job summary

Talent Finder is seeking an experienced Engineering recruitment leader in the Western Cape. You will work with consultants to support desk performance, coach on sourcing, business development, client management and placements, and mentor the team to achieve KPIs.

As 2IC to the Branch Manager, you will help manage the Engineering team and drive a high-performance culture, while sharing market knowledge and developing training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Engineering/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong 360 recruitment experience.
• Understanding of the Engineering recruitment market.
• Proven track record of achieving targets.
• Experience mentoring, coaching or team leadership.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve desk performance with consultants.
• Provide guidance on sourcing, client management and placements.
• Mentor consultants and develop recruitment and sales skills.
• Assist strategy, troubleshooting and desk challenges.
• Share engineering market knowledge with the team.
• Identify training needs and provide ongoing support.
• Assist onboarding of new consultants.
• Lead by example to maintain high-performance culture.
• Act as 2IC to Branch Manager and support leadership.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the Engineering team.
