Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in electrical or electronic engineering.
• Proven knowledge of ABB electrification and automation products and services.
• Excellent command of English and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the engineering team focusing on functional safety, cybersecurity, on-time delivery, quality and margin improvement.
• Ensure projects/operations follow sound methodology and execution practices per internal standards and contract specs.
• Initiate, coordinate and oversee continual improvement of processes to strengthen engineering/design capability and efficiency; leverage agile methods to reduce lead time and improve safety and cybersecurity.
