Job summary

Fiza HealthCare is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional teams in West Africa (Benin). You will coordinate with departments and consultants to optimize processes, equipment, and systems, and develop SOPs for Equipment and Utility systems.

The role requires analyzing operating data, implementing process improvements, maintaining spare part inventory, and delivering CGMP training to subordinates.

Qualifications

• To co-ordinate with cross functional department & consultants to identify constraint and bottleneck in process, equipment and system.
• To prepare standard operating procedure for Equipment and Utility system.
• To initiate quality Management system document such as change control , Deviation, Investigation and CAPA, qualification Documents etc.
• To impart cGMP training to subordinates.
• To analyze operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans and implement process improvements.
• To review layout, P&ID Diagram, Flow diagram, system sizing calculation and specification of equipments/parts for supplier and user department.
• Handover of the process, operation, settings and cleaning activity to next shift operating person respective area in charge.
• To maintain the inventory of critical spares for process equipment and Utility system.
