Dixie Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee the reliability and condition of plant equipment, champion preventative maintenance strategies, and lead a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and utilities management, and a proven track record in maintenance planning and capital project oversight.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing or food & beverage industries.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and reliability-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration and utilities management.
• Experience with CMMS maintenance planning systems and electrical safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal condition, reliability, and availability of all plant and equipment.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Manage diverse functions across Electrical,Mechanical, Manufacturing, Refrigeration, Building/Plumbing and Planning.
• Provide technical and operational leadership to Maintenance Foremen and Planner.
• Oversee maintenance standards and continuous improvement culture.
