You will lead and grow the engineering function across commercial and utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage projects. The role involves managing a high-performance team, ensuring design compliance, and interfacing with clients and regulatory bodies. Strong experience in renewable energy and engineering leadership is essential. A competitive salary package will be offered.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years’ experience in renewable energy.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams.
• Must be able to speak Afrikaans and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team.
• Own end-to-end system design for installations.
• Establish and continuously improve engineering standards.
