Job summary

Zutari is seeking a dynamic Talent Sourcing Specialist for a short-term contract in Africa and the Middle East. You will develop talent strategies, build pipelines, and partner with recruiters to secure top technical candidates for engineering and consulting projects.

The role requires 3–5+ years of sourcing experience, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and data analytics, and a strong network across Africa. This contract runs for 3 months with potential for extension.

Qualifications

• Relevant honours degree preferred; otherwise diploma with additional years' experience.
• 3–5+ years talent sourcing experience in engineering and/or consulting across Africa and the Middle East.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and diverse sourcing channels.
• Proficiency in using data analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness.
• Applicant tracking systems experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create talent acquisition strategies including social media campaigns to attract talent in Africa and the Middle East.
• Source and pipeline passive and active applicants; invite, qualify, interview, and recommend candidates.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders and provide weekly pipeline updates.
• Apply best-in-class recruiting practices for high volume technical roles and screening.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to create pipelines and meet client requirements.
• Build strong client relationships and align sourcing strategies with client goals.
• Conduct market research, provide insights, and craft effective recruitment strategies with focus on Market Mapping.
• Ensure a top-notch candidate journey throughout the process.
