Zutari, a multinational buildings, infrastructure engineering and advisory firm, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist for a 3‑month fixed-term role. Based across Africa and the Middle East, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top engineering and consulting talent.

You will build pipelines, leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and multiple sourcing channels, provide market insights, and partner with recruitment leads to meet client demands.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years talent sourcing experience in engineering and/or consulting.
• Experience across Africa and the Middle East.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing channels and platforms.
• Ability to use data analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness.

Aufgaben

• Create talent acquisition strategies including social media campaigns.
• Source and pipeline passive and active applicants and interview candidates.
• Communicate with recruiters and recruitment leads, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Provide weekly updates on the pipeline of passive candidates.
• Apply best-in-class recruiting practices for high-volume technical recruiting.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans to create pipelines and meet client needs.
• Participate in team meetings and provide ideas for hard-to-fill roles.
• Anticipate talent needs by tracking trends and expanding candidate databases.
• Conduct market research and create trend reports for recruitment strategy.
• Build client relationships and align sourcing with client goals.
