This role demands strong leadership, deep technical understanding, and excellent communication. You will drive delivery quality, timelines and budgets while implementing Agile and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in project management or a delivery-focused role.
• Experience leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Knowledge of SDLC and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and IaC concepts.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding API development, microservices, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution and final delivery of complex projects and solution implementations.
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables; manage schedules, budgets and resources.
• Motivate and manage a diverse team of technical professionals.
• Serve as main contact for clients and internal stakeholders; ensure clear communication.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans to prevent disruption.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize delivery methodologies for efficiency and quality.
• Provide strategic guidance on the technical solution and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Oversee budgets and financial forecasts.
