Qualifications

• Excellent data entry skills and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
• Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in personal details or remuneration.
• Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and other statutory reports.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
• Reconcile payroll reports and ensure the accuracy of all payroll-related data.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
