Premier FMCG in South Africa is seeking a meticulous Payroll Administrator to join our Corporate Finance team. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing and provides expert support to internal customers.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in payroll administration, familiarity with SA payroll legislation, and experience with Sage or PaySpace.

You will help maintain records, generate reports, and contribute to process improvements in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll administration experience.
• Experience with payroll systems.
• Familiarity with South African payroll legislation (1–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Process Payroll Accurately: Ensure all employee data is accurately captured, verify time and attendance system integration, check earnings and deductions, run payroll cycles on schedule, and audit payroll data regularly to correct discrepancies.
