Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven EMS Supervisor to lead our workshop operations in Elandsfontein. Reporting to the EMS Service Centre Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of employees and contractors while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality repair, refurbishment, assembly, and testing of mechanical equipment, particularly gearboxes. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong leader with a passion for operational excellence, safety, customer service, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on supervisor with strong technical expertise, a safety‑first mindset, and the ability to lead teams effectively while delivering exceptional service to our customers. You should be capable of analyzing engineering drawings, understanding engineering tolerances, and driving continuous improvement within the workshop.
