The Operations Manager will act as the professional face of the organisation, build strong industry relationships, and support business growth through site visits, travel, and after-hours standby.

• Qualify EMS professional with relevant ILS/AEA qualification.

Description / Synopsis

We are recruiting an experienced EMS Operations Manager to oversee the full operational function of an emergency medical services division. The Operations Manager will act as the professional face of the organisation and must bring strong industry relationships, credibility, and the ability to support business growth. The role includes office work, site visits, travel, and after‑hours standby.

Minimum Requirements

• ILS / AEA qualification (Immediate Life Support)


• Strong EMS operational management experience


• Mature profile (30–50 years preferred)


• Professional communication and leadership skills


• Ability to manage high‑pressure, 24‑hour operational environments


• Strong industry relationships and networks


• Willingness to travel and conduct site visits
