Job summary

Mediclinic is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the ER24 branch-level operational strategy, ensuring objectives are met and risks are managed. You will oversee daily site operations, financials, HR, and OHS, while supporting branch marketing initiatives and maintaining clinical governance.

The role requires 3+ years in operations with supervisory experience, a strong EMS and HPCSA knowledge base, and solid budgeting and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Senior Certificate with University Entrance.
• ILS Certification.
• ALS Certification and National Diploma in Business Management are preferred.
• Holds HPCSA-regulated EMS qualifications and understands healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operational requirements of the site.
• Managing site financials.
• Oversee the Human Resources of the site.
• To manage the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) of the site.
• Support ER24 via branch-specific marketing initiatives.
• Deliver operational clinical support while managing risks and improving clinical performance and governance.
