Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law, CCMA procedures, and dispute resolution.
• Proven ability to conduct sensitive investigations and manage complex ER cases.
• Strong negotiation, mediation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies and policies.
• Conduct impartial investigations into employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on ER issues.
