Job summary

Justworks is seeking a seasoned International Benefits professional to own EMEA operations end-to-end as the function scales. You will design and procure multi-country benefit programs, manage broker and carrier relationships, and drive data-informed improvements while collaborating across Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, and Revenue to support rapid international expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in international benefits, with deep knowledge of EMEA markets (UK, EU, and expansion markets)
• Experience with benefits procurement, renewals, broker/vendor management, and plan design in a multi-country environment
• Track record of supporting or leading benefits launches in new markets

Responsibilities

• Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets—procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee support.
• Partner with Legal, Payroll, Product, CX, Revenue to launch benefits in new EMEA markets (12 countries planned in FY27).
• Build and manage relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers across EMEA.
• Track benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data; inform plan design decisions and report on health of the portfolio.
• Evolve the benefits program operating cadence with cross-functional coordination and process design.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to align benefits decisions with international strategy.
