MRI Software is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition, EMEA to lead regional recruitment strategies, drive top talent hiring, and shape a candidate-centered process aligned with global standards. You will guide a regional team, partner with senior leaders, and own performance metrics while hands-on hiring remains essential for critical roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition with leadership progression.
• Experience leading a recruitment team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of regional markets, trends and best practices.
• Familiarity with recruitment compliance across SA, UAE and UK.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data viz).
• Discretion with confidential information and data handling.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and drive results.
• Passion for DEI strategies in recruitment.
• Workday experience preferred; recruitment tech familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional TA strategy and align with global TA initiatives.
• Implement sourcing, processes and tools to attract top talent.
• Partner with leadership to manage pipeline and metrics.
• Coach and develop the regional TA team with clear KPIs.
• Ensure DEI integration and regulatory compliance.
