Job summary

WSP USA in Midrand is seeking a Building Services ELV & ICT Design Engineer to deliver from inception to closeout across Building Controls, telecoms, ICT and ELV systems. Role emphasizes controls and telecoms with BIM proficiency.

You should hold a BTech in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with 5+ years’ experience; SAQCC registration is advantageous. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks is preferred.

Qualifications

• BTech in Electrical & Electronic Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years post-graduation electronic services engineering experience.
• SAQCC registration is advantageous.
• Experience in ELV & ICT Building Services.
• Proficiency in Revit and ACC (AutoCAD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide design, implementation and close-out of Building Controls & ICT/ELV systems.
• Coordinate with Building Services and other disciplines on projects.
• Manage documentation, procurement, site monitoring and closeout.
• Apply BIM methods from inception to project closeout.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with safety and quality standards.
