Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Sports Science, Biomechanics, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sports performance analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (R, Python, SPSS) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of physiological principles and biomechanical analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze athlete performance data using specialized software and tools.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards for coaches and athletes.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to provide insights on training effectiveness, fatigue, and injury risk.
- Collaborate with coaching staff to integrate performance analysis into training and tactical planning.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports and visualizations.
