Job summary

Standard Bank Group in Prestige Banking seeks an accomplished Relationship Manager to acquire, service and retain Prestige clients, delivering needs-based analyses and tailored solutions across lending, transactional and digital banking.

You will grow a multi-channel client portfolio, collaborate with Financial Planners and specialist teams, conduct regular reviews, ensure AML/KYC compliance and provide a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Banking, Finance or related field.
• FAIS-recognised qualification is required.
• 2 years banking experience with relationship banking exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Prestige client portfolio through proactive engagement.
• Deepen client relationships across lending, transactional and digital solutions.
• Identify wealth, investment, fiduciary needs and refer to specialists.
• Conduct structured client reviews to align financial goals with banking solutions.
• Process client service requests across digital, voice and branch channels.
• Maintain AML, KYC, due diligence and regulatory compliance on time.
