Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer for a premium fitness studio in Sandton. You will design tailored training programs, guide clients through workouts, and offer nutritional advice to help clients reach health and fitness goals.

You will work with a diverse client base, from beginners to advanced athletes, fostering a supportive, results-driven environment with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer status (CPT, ACE, NASM, Reebok or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer with measurable client success.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and exercise science.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Ability to tailor training methods to individual client needs.
• Professional demeanor and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' fitness levels, health status and goals to design personalized programs.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide corrective feedback.
• Motivate clients to follow training plans and achieve results.
• Provide nutrition guidance to support training goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and track progress.
• Ensure a safe, clean training space and comply with studio policies.
