Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a motivated and certified Personal Trainer to join our Soweto fitness team. You will design personalized workouts, guide clients through exercises, and motivate them to reach health goals in a supportive environment.

You will educate clients on nutrition and lifestyle, monitor progress, and adapt programs for optimal results while maintaining a clean training area and scheduling sessions effectively.

Qualifications

• Certification from NASM, ACE or ACSM is required.
• Proven experience as a Personal Trainer with a diverse client base.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and exercise science.
• CPR/AED certification is mandatory.
• A genuine passion for fitness and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' fitness levels and goals to design workouts.
• Provide one-on-one training sessions with safe technique demos.
• Motivate clients to adhere to programs and celebrate progress.
• Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellness.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs to optimize results.
• Maintain a clean, organized training area and manage schedules.
