The ideal candidate holds a nationally recognized certification (CPT, ACE, NASM) with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering personal training services.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and anatomy.
• Ability to tailor programs for diverse client needs and fitness levels in Bloemfontein.

Responsibilities
