Placements24 is seeking a Head Fitness Coach to lead high-performance training programs in Cape Town. You will design individualized regimens for elite athletes and oversee the training center operations, ensuring safe, effective development and progress across disciplines.

You will assess athlete needs, implement progressive protocols, and collaborate with sports psychologists, nutritionists, and medical staff to provide holistic support.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Sports Science or related field.
• 7+ years coaching high-performance athletes with proven results.
• CSCS or SCCC certification.
• Knowledge of biomechanics, periodization, injury prevention.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with performance analysis software and data interpretation.
