Job summary

You will work hands-on with clients, stay updated on fitness trends, and contribute to a positive wellness culture in the Western Cape.

National certs and 5+ years of experience are required; strong communication and passion for client transformation are essential.

Qualifications

• National certification from ACE, NASM, or ACSM.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach.
• Proven ability to design and implement tailored fitness programs for diverse clients.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Passion for health, fitness, and client success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and develop tailored training programs for individual clients.
• Lead dynamic and engaging group fitness classes across various disciplines (e.g., HIIT, strength training, yoga).
• Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and support to clients to ensure progress and adherence to programs.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Stay current with the latest fitness trends, research, and best practices in the industry.
• Assist in the mentoring and development of junior fitness instructors and coaches.
