Qualifications

• 7+ years coaching cricket at junior or senior representative levels.
• Coaching qualifications from Cricket South Africa or equivalent.
• Proven track record of developing players to higher levels.
• Strong knowledge of modern cricket techniques and performance analysis.
• Ability to inspire young athletes and lead a coaching team.
• Familiarity with Gauteng cricket landscape and development structures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced coaching programs for elite junior players across batting, bowling, fielding, and strategy.
• Conduct specialized training sessions with personalized feedback and performance analysis.
• Mentor assistant coaches to ensure a unified coaching philosophy.
• Develop strategic game plans for matches and tournaments.
• Oversee player development pathways, including conditioning, nutrition, and injury prevention.
