Job summary

Placements24 seeks an Electronics Maintenance Technician for our client in Mahikeng, North West. You will be responsible for upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic systems and equipment essential to operations, with focus on reliability and performance.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, reading schematics, using oscilloscopes and multimeters, and ensuring safety standards across industrial electronics in a dynamic facility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electronics Technician or in a related field.
• Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and systems.
• Proficiency with electronic testing equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and diagrams.
• Good troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in an installation and maintenance role within an industrial or technical setting in Mahikeng.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of electronic equipment.
