Placements24 seeks an Electrical Test Engineer to join its QA team in East London. You will develop, implement, and execute test procedures for electrical products to ensure quality and performance, maintaining equipment and test plans in a dedicated testing facility.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in electrical testing or QA, with strong data acquisition and measurement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical testing or quality assurance.
• Proficiency with electrical test equipment and data acquisition systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and measurement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document comprehensive test plans and procedures for electrical products.
• Set up and operate various test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.

• Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide detailed reports to engineering and production teams.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
