Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical testing and validation.
• Proficiency with common electrical test instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies).
• Experience with automated test systems and programming languages (LabVIEW) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures for electrical components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain electrical test equipment and instrumentation.
• Execute various tests: functional, performance, environmental, and reliability.
• Analyze test data, identify failure modes, and provide detailed reports with recommendations.
• Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot and resolve product issues identified during testing.
• Ensure testing activities comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
